§ 250-24. Classes of permits; application; fees.

There shall be two classes of building sewer permits: for residential and commercial service, and for service to establishments producing industrial wastes. In either case, the owner or his agent shall make application on a special form furnished by the Town. The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the Director of Water and Sewer Operations of the Town. A permit and inspection fee as set forth in the Master Fee Schedule for a residential or commercial building sewer permit or as set forth for an industrial building sewer permit shall be paid to the Town at the time the application is filed.
