§ 336-275. District not liable for failure to supply water; right to control supply.

North Castle Water District No. 7 shall not be held liable for any damage sustained by reason of its failure to supply water to any consumer at any time or for any cause and reserves the right to control the amount of water supplied in the event that the supply becomes short for any reason. It especially reserves the right at any time it is considered necessary to prohibit the use of water for sprinkling of lawns or gardens or any other such purpose.
