§ 60-20. Residency requirements.

In the Town of North Castle, Westchester County, the provisions of this article requiring a person to be a resident of the political subdivision or municipal corporation of the state for which she shall be chosen or within which her official functions are required to be exercised shall not prevent a person from holding the office of Deputy Town Clerk of the Town of North Castle, provided that such person resides within the State of New York.
