§ 12-24. Review of application; fee.

A.
The RPRC, in review of any application, may refer any such application reviewed by it to such engineering, planning, legal, technical or environmental consultant(s) or professional(s) employed by the Town as the RPRC shall deem reasonably necessary for proper review of the application.

B.
A fee shall be charged in connection with the review of all Residential Project Review Committee (RPRC) applications and other actions of the RPRC described in or contemplated by this article in such amounts as set forth in the Master Fee Schedule.
