§ 12-22. Jurisdiction and review.

  • The RPRC shall have the authority to review all applications for any residential one-family, two-family or multifamily parcel permit (including, but not limited to, building permits, steep slope permits, wetlands permits, tree removal permits and pool permits), but excluding permits only relating to interior alterations/renovations, and shall further have the authority to suggest amendments to any submitted plan that would address the concerns of the RPRC in an effort to streamline the residential approval process. The RPRC, by majority vote, shall have the authority to require any one-family, two-family or multifamily parcel to obtain Planning Board or Architectural Review Board approval for any project deemed to have an environmental, aesthetic or other impact.
